About this ground supervisor gift
A ground supervisor usually works where the planes, trucks and crews meet the pavement, often in airline operations, aviation services or cargo handling. Their shifts run early, late or overnight, and they're the person coordinating ramp crews, weather delays and turnaround times while everything around them moves fast. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit wry: a hoodie for the cold ramp at dawn, a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room, a tee for the days off. Put their job title on it and add the operation they work for or their shift, such as Night Shift or Ramp Ops. That second line is what turns a generic supervisor shirt into one that shows you noticed what their days are actually like. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better team gift than another round of coffee.
