About this grounds manager gift
A grounds manager is the person who keeps the outdoors working. They're up before the crew to check the irrigation, watching the weather for mowing windows, handling turf disease and the cranky sprinkler heads that never fail during business hours. Most of their work is invisible until it's missing, so a gift that acknowledges the job lands better than a generic thank-you. Put the title on the front and let the second line say what they look after: the golf course, the school campus, the cemetery, the park. A hoodie is useful for early mornings on the mower, and a mug suits the truck or the shop, where coffee is basically fuel. If you're thanking a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design and add each person's name to their own shirt, which tends to be the part people remember.
