About this ithaca gift
Ithaca people tend to be fiercely attached to their small city of gorges, waterfalls and hills, and they carry that attachment wherever they go. Students who arrive for four years often leave with a permanent sense of home, and longtime residents wear the name like a point of pride. A shirt that says Ithaca works for a weekend trip to the gorges, a season of cold lake-effect snow, or a homesick graduate who misses the view from the hill. The name is short and clean, so it looks good in a simple layout. For a more personal touch, use the second line for a neighborhood, a street, a college year or the year they moved in. Many designs come in kids sizes and baby onesies too, so the whole family can match on a trip back to town.
