About this leader gift
Leader is a broad word, so the gift works best when you narrow it to the kind of leading they do. A team lead who runs standups, a scout leader on weekend hikes, a club president, a shift supervisor, a pastor or a coach all need different things. The one thing they usually share is a long to-do list and not much time to think about themselves. A good shirt or mug gives them a small, personal moment of recognition without asking them to explain it to anyone. Type in the role itself, or use the second line for their group, team or title, so the design reads as theirs. Put it on a hoodie for the cold early mornings, or a mug for the desk where the decisions get made. Keep the wording plain. A leader who is well liked usually prefers a gift that reflects who they are rather than a slogan.
All leader gifts →- A tee with their roleType their actual title, like Team Lead or Scout Leader, into the main line so the shirt matches what they do all week.
- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their group or title on it is a daily reminder, and it's easy to bring to the next meeting.
- A hoodie for early startsEarly kickoffs and long days call for something warm, and a hoodie with their role on the chest feels like a uniform they chose.
- Matching shirts for the whole groupIf you're buying for a crew they lead, use the Team Shop to put every member's name on the same design, one size each.
