About this lobby concierge gift
A lobby concierge is the person who greets guests before they've even reached the desk, knows which restaurant has a table tonight, and quietly solves the problem of the forgotten charger or the missing reservation. Most of the work happens on their feet, in a uniform, and mostly unnoticed when it goes well. A gift that acknowledges that quiet competence tends to land best: something soft to wear for the long shift, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they drink between arrivals. Put the word Concierge on it, or add the property name or a line like Lobby Services, and it becomes a gift that reflects what they actually do. If you're buying for a whole front-of-house team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say you noticed how much they handle every day.
