About this process lead gift
A process lead usually keeps the line running without getting much credit for it. They're the person who knows which step always backs up, which handoff keeps failing, and how to get a shift to finish on time without anyone yelling. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit proud: a tee for the commute, a hoodie for the cold floor or the early meeting, a mug for the first coffee before the day gets loud. Putting their title on it shows you know what the job actually is, not just that they have a job. If they're a process lead on a particular line, team or shift, add that as the second line so the shirt means something to the people they work beside. For a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to feel better to a team than a group lunch.
