About this program admin gift
Program admins keep the lights on for everyone else. They're the ones who know where the grant paperwork lives, who remember which vendor still owes a signature, and who can rebuild a schedule in twenty minutes when a room falls through. Most of that work happens out of sight, which is exactly why a small thank-you lands so well. A soft tee for a day spent in meetings, a hoodie for the office that's always a bit cold, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the shared kitchen. What makes a gift feel personal is the title. Type their role, program admin, and add the program or department on the second line, the way you'd write it on a name badge. Admin Professionals Day falls on the last Wednesday of April, and it's a natural moment for a gift, though a birthday or the end of a big project works just as well.
All program admin gifts →- A tee with their program on itPut the program or department name on the second line, such as Youth Services or Continuing Education, so it reads like their own badge.
- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their title keeps coffee close during the long stretch of paperwork before a deadline.
- A hoodie for the cold officeFor the admin who keeps the thermostat fight going, a hoodie with their title is practical and a little bit of a joke.
- Matching shirts for the whole teamChoose one design in the Team Shop and paste the names of everyone in the office. Each person gets their own size.
