About this pst supervisor gift
A PST supervisor is the person who keeps the day moving: checking on the people under them, handling the problems that show up before the shift starts, and making sure the work gets done right. Most of that happens quietly, which is why a gift that acknowledges the role tends to land well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on the way in, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the long morning of meetings and coffee refills, shows you noticed what they do. Put the title on it as written, PST Supervisor, and add a second line with their name, team, or the year they took the role. If you're recognizing a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better gift than a card passed around the break room. Name the team or department on the second line so the shirt means something to the people who work beside them.
