About this ramp manager gift
A ramp manager spends most of the shift outdoors on the apron, coordinating baggage carts, fuel trucks, catering and pushback crews while planes turn around on tight schedules. Much of that work happens in hi-vis, headsets on, in heat, rain or deicing weather, so the gifts they actually wear are the ones that hold up. A dark tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold early-morning push, or a mug for the break room where the crew catches its breath between flights. What makes a gift land is the sense that you know the job: the ramp, the turnaround, the people in the headset chatter. Put RAMP MANAGER on the front and use the second line for their airline, their station code or their crew, if that fits. The shirt then reads as theirs, not a generic airport shirt. If you're buying for the whole ramp team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on every person's shirt with their own name, which tends to go over better than another box of donuts.

- A hoodie for the cold shiftEarly pushbacks in winter are brutal, so a warm hoodie with their title gets worn constantly.
