About this shift supervisor gift
A shift supervisor is the person who holds the schedule together. They're the one who covers the call-out at 5 a.m., reworks the floor when two people quit in the same week, and somehow keeps the crew moving without losing their own weekend. Recognition for that kind of work tends to come from the people they lead, and a gift that's clearly for them, with their title on it, reads as seen. Put shift supervisor on the front of a tee, a hoodie or an 11 oz mug, and add a second line for their store, their department or their crew's name if they have one. A hoodie is useful for the cold early shifts, a mug is the one that stays at their station, and a dark tee works well for the person who wears their work clothes to the gym. If you're shopping for a whole team, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
