About this slitter operator gift
A slitter operator runs the machine that cuts wide rolls of paper, film, foil or steel into narrower ones, and the job rewards careful attention more than speed. They spend long shifts watching web tension, checking blade alignment and catching a problem before it turns into a ruined roll. Most of that work goes unseen, so a gift that names the job says you noticed. A tee for the shift, a hoodie for the cold floor near the winders, or a mug for the break room coffee all give them something that belongs to their trade. Add the plant or line they run, or a shift name, and the design stops being generic. For a whole crew, one design with every operator's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another round of sandwiches.
