About this summer intern gift
A summer intern is usually a student or recent grad spending a few months learning how a real workplace runs, often in an office, a lab, a newsroom or a shop floor, and hoping to be remembered when the internship ends. They're used to lanyards, early meetings and a lot of new names, and they tend to be proud of the first real job on their resume. A gift that marks the stint, rather than a generic office item, lands well. A tee or hoodie with SUMMER INTERN and the year gives them something to wear on the last day and to keep as proof they did it. For a student who's headed back to school in the fall, a mug is a small daily reminder of the work they did over the summer. If you're buying for a whole intern class, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a nice farewell from the team.
