About this supervisor software gift
A supervisor software person is usually the one who keeps a team's tools running and its schedules sane, often while answering to people who don't read the release notes. They spend a lot of time in meetings, sprint reviews and one-on-ones, and they tend to be the first to notice when a deploy goes sideways or a teammate is quietly drowning. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's a little dry and clearly chosen for them. A dark tee or hoodie is good for long days at a desk and for the team's in-person offsite. A mug with their role on it covers the endless coffee refills. Adding a second line for their team, their company's product or the year they took the role makes the design specific to their career rather than a generic joke about software.
