About this support manager gift
A support manager is the person who keeps the support team running when the queue spikes and the escalations pile up. They coach the agents, own the schedules, and absorb the angry calls that land on their desk when a customer has been bounced around too long. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit wry, the kind of thing that acknowledges the job without making a speech about it. A shirt with their title on it is a good start, since it's the role they're proudest of and the one people rarely print on anything. A mug for the first coffee before the morning stand-up, or a hoodie for the cold office or the late-night incident call, gets used every day. You can make any of them theirs by adding the team name, the company's support desk, or a line about the queue they keep under control, so it reads as their own rather than a generic job tee.
