About this system controller gift
A system controller keeps the lights on, the water moving and the equipment running, usually while everyone else is asleep or looking the other way. Most of the job is watching screens, reading alarms and making the call at two in the morning when something drifts out of range. Gifts that land for this person tend to be practical and a little bit proud: a hoodie for the cold control room, a mug for the coffee that has to last a whole shift, a tee for the days off. What makes the difference is putting the job title on it, so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. Add a second line for their shift, their site or their crew, and you've made something that says you know what they actually do. Their credential, if they have one, can go on the second line too.
All system controller gifts →- A hoodie for the control roomControl rooms run cold through long overnight shifts, and a hoodie with System Controller on it is something they'll reach for every time.
- An 11 oz mug for the night shiftLong shifts mean a lot of coffee, and a mug with their title keeps it from wandering off to someone else's desk.
- A tee for the days offMost of their week is spent in a uniform, so a dark tee with the job title is a nice way to show it off on their own time.
