About this union representative gift
Union representatives spend their days handling grievances, sitting across from management, and answering calls at odd hours, often while balancing a full caseload of their own work. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge the job without turning it into a joke. A soft tee for a day at the hall or a hoodie for the cold drive to a worksite meeting gets used constantly. A mug on the desk is a small, daily nod to the work they do for their members. Put their local number or the local's name on the design, or add the year they took on the role, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic labor shirt. If you're buying for a whole steward team or bargaining committee, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than a lunch order.
