About this chelan gift
Chelan is a small lakeside town in central Washington, set on the shore of Lake Chelan and surrounded by orchards and vineyards. People who grew up there, or who return every summer for the water and the wine country, tend to hold on to the place hard. A shirt with Chelan on it is how they show that pride at the lake, at the farmers market or on a road trip through the Cascades. Because the town is small, a shirt that names it can feel like an inside joke to the people who know it, and a gift that says you understand where they come from. Add a second line with a year, a neighborhood or a favorite spot to make it personal. For someone who has moved away, a Chelan mug is a daily reminder of the lake and the summers they miss.
