About this director ems gift
An EMS director usually started out on an ambulance, then moved into a job that's mostly budgets, schedules, staffing problems and the phone calls nobody else wants to take. They still know the work from the back of the rig, and they carry a lot of responsibility for crews going out on calls every hour of the day and night. A gift that acknowledges both sides of that career tends to land well. Something for the desk, something for the long meetings, and something they can wear on the weekend when they're not thinking about the department at all. Put Director and EMS on the front, and add their agency or station name if you know it. If they're proud of a credential, such as their credential or certification, that line can go underneath. It turns a generic EMS shirt into one that's clearly theirs.
