About this director nicu gift
A NICU director runs one of the most demanding units in a hospital, overseeing care for the tiniest and sickest babies and the families who sit beside their isolettes day and night. The people in that role carry long meetings, staffing decisions and hard conversations on top of their own clinical knowledge, and they rarely get a gift that acknowledges any of it. What tends to land is something practical that they can wear or use during the long days: a soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly unit, or a mug that's clearly theirs at the nurses' station. Putting the title on it, director NICU, makes the gift specific to the job rather than a generic hospital shirt. If you're buying for the whole leadership team or the unit as a group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to everyone who keeps the unit running.
