About this director ops gift
A director of operations usually sits between the leadership team and everyone who actually makes the business run. Their days are a mix of vendor calls, schedule fixes, budget reviews and the occasional fire that needs putting out before the end of the day. Recognition for that kind of work tends to be quiet, so a gift that names the role out loud lands well. A tee or hoodie with director ops on it is something they can wear on a casual Friday and feel seen. An 11 oz mug suits the office kitchen, where they're likely already drinking coffee through a long planning meeting. If you're buying for a whole ops team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop gives everyone their own shirt, which is a nice way to mark a good quarter or a farewell.
