About this director womens gift
Women who direct, whether that's a school, a theater company, a nonprofit, a department or a film set, carry a lot of other people's schedules and moods on their shoulders. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge the job itself: a mug for the first coffee before the first meeting, a hoodie for the cold early call or the long drive between sites, a tee for the weekend when they finally stop answering email. Director is a title people earned, so the detail that matters most is the role line. Type Director or Women's Director into the text box, then add the department, company or program on the second line if the design has one. A name on the mug keeps it from walking off the conference table. If you're buying for a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste each person's name, so everyone gets their own size and nobody has to coordinate it.
