About this kentucky gift
Kentucky people carry the state with them. They might live in Louisville, Lexington or Bowling Green, or three time zones away, and they still talk about bourbon, bluegrass, horse country and the drive home on I-64. A Kentucky shirt is how they say where they're from without a word of explanation. It works for the first Saturday in May, when Derby Day parties fill living rooms everywhere, and it works just as well for fall weekends, family cookouts and the trip back for the holidays. The best ones get specific. Swap in their hometown or county, add a second line with a family name or a year, and it stops being a souvenir and starts being theirs. For the one who moved away, a Kentucky hoodie or mug is a small piece of home they'll actually use. For a family headed to the same reunion, the Team Shop covers everyone in one order.
