About this lincoln park gift
Lincoln Park is a neighborhood on Chicago's North Side, known for its tree-lined streets, the zoo and the big park along the lake. People who grew up there or put down roots there tend to hold on to it, and a shirt with the neighborhood name is a quiet way of saying where they belong. It's a strong pick for someone who has lived there through a few seasons, since the lakefront wind and the summer crowds at the park are the kind of details they recognize at a glance. Many designs carry a second line, so you can add a street, a year they moved in, or the name of their building or block. That turns a generic Chicago neighborhood shirt into one that only they would wear. For a new Lincoln Park resident, a mug or hoodie marks the move and gives them something to bring to the neighborhood's coffee shops and dog runs.
