About this pioche gift
Pioche is a small town in Lincoln County, Nevada, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them for life. Whether they're a mining family's descendant, a former high school athlete, or someone who left for college and came back for the summers, a shirt with the town's name is how they say where they're from. Small towns mean everyone knows where everyone is from, so the gift that lands is the one that feels like home: a hoodie for the cold desert nights, a tee for the drive back for the annual events, a mug for the kitchen in a city where nobody else has heard of the place. Add a year, a class, or a family name on the second line and the shirt becomes specific to them, not just a souvenir of the town.
