About this point gift
Point is a name that can mean a few different places, and that's worth knowing before you order. A Point on a shirt usually points to a town or a neighborhood, often a spot on a coastline, a river bend or a crossroads where people gathered long before the map got drawn. If you know the place this gift is for, say so in the second line, because the word on its own can read as a generic joke. The people who live in or grew up in a Point are proud of it, and a shirt or mug with the name is a way to say so. For a Point native who's moved away, a mug with the town name is a daily reminder of home. For the one who never left, a hoodie for the cold months keeps them connected to where they're from. Add the year they moved in, or the street, and the design starts to feel like theirs.
