About this red knee tarantula gift
A Red Knee Tarantula is a Mexican species, and the people who keep them tend to be patient, a little fearless and very particular about their setups. The red knees on the legs are the whole look, so a shirt with the species name on it reads as a joke to anyone who knows and as a conversation starter to everyone else. Keepers often talk about their tarantulas the way other people talk about a dog or a cat, which makes a gift that shows you know the hobby land well. Add a second line with their spider's name, or the year they got their first one, and the design becomes personal. Many of these designs come in several product types, so you can match the gift to whatever they actually wear, drink from or throw on when the enclosure needs cleaning.
