About this relief worker gift
Relief workers spend their days where things have gone wrong: disaster zones, refugee camps, clinics running on borrowed supplies, communities waiting on the next convoy. Many are on rotation, which means long stretches away from home, unreliable internet and a suitcase that's always half packed. A gift for them should be something they can wear or use on a bad day in the field or the quiet week after they get home. A soft tee is good for the long flight back. A hoodie covers the cold mornings and the air-conditioned transit lounges. A mug is the small daily ritual of their own kitchen. Put relief worker on the front and add their organization's initials, their country or their assignment on the second line, if you know them. Keep the wording simple and let the shirt say what they've chosen to do.
