About this resident assistant gift
A resident assistant is usually a student who lives on the floor they look after, which means their day runs on a mix of late-night door knocks, floor meetings, and a lot of patient listening to roommate disputes. Many RAs are juggling their own classes and a part-time job on top of that, so the gifts they keep tend to be useful and a little bit fun. A hoodie is ideal for the chilly hallway rounds and the long study sessions at the front desk. A mug covers the coffee they drink while planning programming for the week. Put the building name or floor on the second line and it becomes theirs alone, and the RA team will notice. If you're buying for a whole staff, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better end-of-year thank-you than another box of cookies.
