About this rn intern gift
An RN intern is usually a new graduate working toward full licensure, often on a long orientation with a preceptor and a lot of questions they're embarrassed to ask. Their feet hurt, their schedule changes weekly, and the first few months can feel like drinking from a fire hose. A gift that acknowledges the work without pretending it's easy tends to land best. A soft tee they can sleep in after a double, a hoodie for the chilly break room, or a mug they can claim before the coffee runs out on a 6 a.m. start. Put RN and their unit or hospital's floor name on it if they've shared that, or simply their name and the year they started. It turns a generic nursing item into something that marks this specific chapter. Interns often feel invisible, so something with their name on it says you noticed they showed up.
