About this rn trauma gift
A trauma RN works in the emergency department or trauma bay, often with a stretcher coming through the doors every few minutes and no idea what's behind them. They run fast, think faster, and usually end a shift without sitting down once. The gifts that land are the ones that match that pace: a soft tee for the drive home after a double, a hoodie for the chilly break room where they finally get a few minutes, a mug that's clearly theirs so nobody on the team walks off with it. Put RN and trauma on it, or add their credential such as CEN, TCRN or BSN, and it stops being a generic nurse shirt and becomes theirs. If you're shopping for a whole trauma team, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another round of pizza. Nurses Week falls in early May every year, which is the busiest time to order.
