About this santa fe gift
Santa Fe people tend to be proud of the high desert, the adobe, the chile, and the long views toward the Sangre de Cristo mountains, and they often feel that the rest of the country gets the city wrong. A Santa Fe shirt is a way to say you know where it is and what it looks like. Many people who live there now came from somewhere else, and a Santa Fe mug or hoodie helps them carry the place with them. For someone who grew up there or spent a formative stretch in the city, a design with their own neighborhood or a year underneath the city name makes the gift feel specific. Use the second line for a school, a street or the year they moved, and the shirt stops being a souvenir and becomes a piece of their history. The high desert gets cold at night even in summer, so a hoodie tends to get more wear than a tee for anyone who spends time outdoors there.
