About this scotch plains gift
Scotch Plains is a township in Union County, New Jersey, and the people who call it home tend to stay loyal to it. Families here often have roots going back generations, and kids who grow up on its streets sometimes come back years later with their own. A Scotch Plains shirt fits that kind of pride: wear it to a town event, a Fourth of July parade, a high school game, or just around the block on a Saturday. For someone who has moved away, a mug with the town name is a small reminder of home every morning. Think about what the person actually loves about the place, whether that's a particular park, the train ride into New York, or the friends they grew up with, and use the second line to say it. Many designs leave room for a neighborhood, a street, or a graduation year, so the shirt becomes theirs instead of a generic town souvenir.
