About this slanesville gift
Slanesville is a small town, and people who grew up there usually know exactly where they're from. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident or a current one announces it, whether that's at a county fair, a family reunion or a college campus three states away. Small places like this tend to hold onto their people, so a Slanesville shirt often reads as a homecoming gift, one that says the town still belongs to them. It also suits someone who has moved away and misses the roads and the people they knew. A tee works well for summer visits, a hoodie for the cold months when they're back home, and a mug on a kitchen table in a new city. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a street, a graduating class or the year they left, and turn a town name into something that's specifically theirs.
