About this sterile supervisor gift
A sterile supervisor keeps the instruments and equipment in a hospital or surgical center safe to use, which means they're the person checking that every tray is packed right and every load has passed. Their shifts tend to run early and fast, and a lot of the work happens out of sight from the patients and most of the staff. A gift that acknowledges that quiet responsibility lands well. A tee or hoodie for the drive in before dawn, or an 11 oz mug that's clearly theirs for the break room coffee, are both practical and personal. Put their name on it and the job title underneath, and it reads as a sign that someone noticed what they do. If you're shopping for a whole sterile processing team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a good way to say thanks to everyone who keeps the instruments ready.
