About this supervisor operations gift
A supervisor of operations is usually the person who keeps the day running: coordinating shifts, chasing down the parts or staff that didn't show, and fielding calls from everyone above and below them. Their work is mostly invisible when it goes well, so a gift that names the role says you noticed. A tee for the commute, a hoodie for the cold dock or the early-morning floor walk, or a mug for the office coffee run can all carry the title in plain print. Put the exact title on the front and add the site, shift or department on the second line, since that's how their team actually refers to them. A supervisor who has held the role for years often keeps the first gift from a manager or coworker for a long time, so it's worth getting the title exactly right.
