About this transplant coord gift
Transplant coordinators keep a donor and a recipient on the same timeline, often on short notice and at odd hours, while a dozen calls and lab results move at once. The gifts they keep tend to be the practical comfort ones: a soft tee for a long day, a hoodie for the cold ride in before dawn, and a mug that's clearly theirs when the coffee has to last through a double shift. Since the job has a lot of abbreviations, the detail that lands is the exact wording they use at work. Type transplant coordinator, or the shorter transplant coord, and add their credential or their program name on the second line if you know it. You can also use the Team Shop if you're buying for a whole donation or transplant team at once, with each person's name on their own shirt. Ask them first which title they actually use, since some coordinators go by a different name at their center.
