About this vp financial gift
A VP of finance spends a lot of the job in spreadsheets, board decks and quarter-end closes, and the pressure rarely lets up between reporting cycles. The gifts that tend to land are the ones that acknowledge the long hours without pretending the job is glamorous. A soft tee or hoodie for the weekend, or a mug for the desk where the budget gets reviewed for the fifth time. Put the title on it, VP Financial, and add a second line for a company name, a department or a year they took the role, so it reads as theirs rather than generic office merch. If you're shopping for a finance team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is a nicer thank-you than another round of lunch. Finance teams are busiest around quarter-end and during annual planning, so order a little early if you need it by then.
