About this weight trainer gift
A weight trainer spends the day coaching people through squats, deadlifts and the hard last rep, and they usually know the gym's equipment better than the people who built it. A gift that works for them is something they'll wear to the gym or drink from between sets. A T-shirt is the easy pick, and a dark one hides chalk and sweat well. A hoodie suits the cold early-morning opening shift or the warm-up before a client session. An 11 oz mug fits the coffee they drink before the first client walks in. The word weight trainer on the front tells every gym-goer exactly who they are. Add a line for their gym name, their specialty like powerlifting or strength and conditioning, or the year they got certified, and the shirt becomes theirs rather than a generic gym tee. Give it a few days before a birthday or the start of a new year, when clients tend to sign up for training.
