About this cycle manager gift
A cycle manager keeps the work moving between teams, watching the calendar, the handoffs and the deadlines that slip when nobody is tracking them. Whatever the industry, they're often the calmest person in a room that's on fire, and they usually get thanked only when something goes wrong. A gift that says cycle manager tells them their role has a name and that you noticed it. Put their name on a tee for the office, or add their team or the product they run in the second line. A mug suits the desk where the planning happens, and a hoodie works for the long stretch before a major release or the week the whole cycle closes out. Ask them what their cycle looks like before you order, so the design matches the work they really do.
