About this information assistant gift
An information assistant is the person at the front desk who knows where things are, who to call, and how to say it kindly when the answer is no. Their days are a steady stream of questions, many from people who are lost, rushed or a little frustrated, so patience and a calm voice are the skills that get noticed. A gift for them should feel like it was chosen for the job they do, not like a generic office thank-you. A tee or hoodie with their title on it gives them something to wear on the days they feel invisible at the desk. A mug works well for the long shifts behind the counter, where a warm drink is one of the few breaks they get. Type their job title into the text box and add a second line for their department, library branch or building, and the preview will show you exactly how it reads before you order.
