About this information associate gift
An information associate usually sits at the front of the room or the front of the phone line, answering questions from people who are lost, confused or in a hurry. The job is patient, friendly and often underrated, so a gift that names the role says you noticed the work. Expect a lot of time on their feet or in a chair with a headset, and a fair number of questions that are not quite what the person asked. A tee or hoodie they can wear on a casual day, or an 11 oz mug for the desk, gives them something that is plainly theirs. Type information associate into the main line, and use the second line for their name, their branch or their department if you know it. Titles vary by employer, so check the exact wording on their badge or card before you order so the shirt matches what they actually call themselves.
