About this printing manager gift
Printing managers keep a press running on time, which means they're juggling job tickets, color proofs, paper stock and a shop floor that never quite goes to plan. They're often the calmest person in a noisy room, and they usually know where every pallet of cardstock is before anyone asks. A gift that acknowledges that skill tends to land better than a generic work shirt. Put their title on it, or pair it with the shop or company name if you know it. Because the job is hands-on and often hot, loud and early, comfort matters as much as the message. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold loading dock, or a mug for the first coffee before the first proof of the day all fit the routine. Printing managers also work with a lot of people, so a team piece that prints each person's name can be a nice way to say thanks to the whole crew.
