About this research program internship gift
A research program intern is usually a student or early-career person spending a summer or semester in a lab, a clinic, a data team or a field project, often doing the careful, unglamorous work that makes the real results possible. Many are still deciding whether this is their path, and a little recognition goes a long way. A tee or hoodie with their internship title on it is something they can wear to the lab, to the first day of the next term or to a campus event, and it marks a stretch of work that often feels invisible while it's happening. The strongest version adds the year or the season they interned, and the name of the program or the lab in the second line if you know it exactly. A mug suits the person who's always in the lab kitchen with coffee at odd hours. If the intern is leaving, a personal design says you noticed what they did, which matters more to most interns than a generic thank-you card.
