About this store manager gift
Store managers spend their days between the stockroom, the sales floor and the schedule, and most of their hours go to keeping a team on track. They're the one who unlocks the doors early, handles the register that won't balance and stays late when a delivery shows up short. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly back office, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it stops disappearing from the break room. Put the title on it exactly as they use it, or add the store or district name on a second line if you know it. A store manager who gets a shirt with their own title on it usually wears it on their day off, which is the best test of a good gift.
