About this technical project manager gift
A technical project manager sits between engineers who want more time and stakeholders who want a date yesterday, and most of the job happens in meetings, status updates and a lot of careful follow-up. They keep the schedule, the scope and the risks in view at once, so a gift that acknowledges that juggling tends to land well. A mug for the desk, where the coffee goes cold during the third call of the morning, is a practical choice. A hoodie suits the long stretch of a launch or a late release, when the office gets cold and the sprint keeps going. Adding their team, their company's project name or the year they started a major initiative makes the gift specific to their work rather than a generic job shirt. If you're shopping for a whole project team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-launch gift than another round of lunch orders.
