About this training developer gift
A training developer builds the courses, modules and materials that help other people learn their jobs, so they spend a lot of time thinking about how people actually absorb information. They sit through their own demos, rewrite the same slide four times and sometimes end up as the most-tested person in the building. The gifts that land for them tend to be the ones that acknowledge the odd mix of creativity and patience the job takes. A tee for the office, a hoodie for the cold conference room where the projector always runs hot, or a mug for the long afternoon of reviewing storyboards. Put their job title on it, and if they're known for a particular specialty like e-learning, onboarding or leadership programs, add that on the second line. It turns a generic work gift into something that says you noticed what they do all day.
