About this waitstaff gift
Waitstaff work long shifts on their feet, juggling tables, tips and a kitchen that's always behind. The gifts they keep tend to be practical things that acknowledge the job: a soft tee for the walk home after a Friday rush, a hoodie for the chilly patio or the walk-in fridge run, a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they grab between sections. A word that says waitstaff tells everyone what they do without a long explanation. Add their restaurant's name or their first name in the second line and it becomes personal. If you're buying for a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a nicer thank-you than a card. Restaurant staff often get the most out of gifts at the end of a busy season or on their birthday, when a bit of recognition goes a long way.
