About this custer gift
Custer is a small name for a lot of people to love: a city, a county, a creek, and a street sign or two that someone grew up under. Whoever this gift is for probably gets asked where they're from more often than they'd like, and a shirt answers the question before they have to. Custer is a name people tend to say with a bit of pride, whether they're from the town itself or from somewhere nearby that treats it as home. A tee with the name on the front works for a summer festival, a road trip past the sign, or a casual Saturday. A hoodie makes more sense for the colder months, when the wind comes off the open country. For someone who left and came back, or who keeps meaning to visit, a mug with the name is a small daily reminder. Add a second line with the year they moved, a street, or a nickname from the old days, and the design stops being a souvenir and starts being theirs.
