About this administration assistant gift
An administration assistant is the person who knows where everything is. The shared calendar, the supply closet, the vendor who actually answers the phone, the reason Monday's meeting didn't fall apart. Most of it goes unnoticed, which is exactly why a gift that notices lands so well. A mug is the obvious start, since it lives on the desk all day and sits in every video call. A soft tee or hoodie covers the casual Fridays and the weekends after a brutal quarter-end. Make it theirs by typing their name, or tweak the second line to say Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Front Desk, whatever their title really is. A year works too, if you're marking an anniversary with the company. Administrative Professionals Day falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, and it's the natural moment to say thanks. If one person runs a whole front office, or you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop prints each name on its own shirt.
