About this administrative resident gift
An administrative resident is deep in a one- or two-year fellowship, usually after finishing a master's in healthcare administration, health policy or business. Their days run on rotations through different hospital departments, shadowing executives, sitting in committee meetings and tackling a capstone project that somebody will actually use. It's a stretch where they work hard, learn fast and rarely get thanked out loud. That's why a gift that says you noticed matters. Most of them wear business casual at work, so the real wins are the off-duty pieces: a hoodie for the commute, a tee for the weekend, a mug that sits on a borrowed desk. Put their name on it, or the title written out in full. If they're finishing up, add the program year or a hospital system they've trained with, and the gift marks a milestone. For a cohort of residents, one design with everyone's name on it makes a better welcome or goodbye than another gift card.
All administrative resident gifts →- A mug for the borrowed deskPut their name or administrative resident on an 11 oz mug. It's the one thing in their office that's clearly theirs while they rotate from department to department.
- A hoodie for the end of the fellowshipAdd the program years, like 2024 to 2025, to a hoodie they'll wear long after the capstone presentation is done.
- Matching tees for the resident cohortChoose one design in the Team Shop and paste in every resident's name. Each person gets their own size, which beats guessing for a group.
- A tee for the weekendA soft T-shirt with their name on the second line gives someone who lives in business casual something to relax in on days off.
